PRE-SEASON TRAINING!

The RAMS Seniors (18yrs+) pre-season training BEGINS!!

When: Tuesday 17th January 2012

Time: 7pm

Where: 'Crossfit', 4 Lambert Ave, Newtown

Bring: gym clothes, joggers/runners and drink bottle

Cost: $15 per person

NOTE the 2nd training session will be on Thursday 19th January, 7pm at Crossfit. The longer term training program dates and times will be discussed at this training session - so be there!

Why a cost? Well, pre-season training is being run at a cost of $25 per person because the RAMS are utilising Crossfit's gym facility and the RAMS don't get the use of their equipment for free, so we've had to pass on costs since pre-season training is optional - BUT highly recommended!!

PRE-SEASON TRAINING IS FOR ENDURANCE AND STRENGTH SO WE'LL GIVE THE BEST GAMES!!
